Bidders must be properly licensed under Florida Statutes Chapter 489 and provide evidence of authority to conduct business in Florida. The scope encompasses pre-construction coordination with affected property owners and utility providers, culvert cleaning and video inspection, CIPP liner installation, dewatering, erosion control, temporary support systems, post-installation video inspection, site restoration, and construction debris disposal, with a one-year warranty on all work. Work must be substantially completed within 60 calendar days of contract commencement and fully completed within 90 calendar days. The County reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the identified project locations.
