About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking procurement of a specific product identified as a CUP, QUART, MIXING 32 FL OZ (947L), with reference number 2097067. The solicitation was posted on December 11, 2025, with responses due by December 18, 2025. Potential vendors must complete Bonfire registration to access detailed bidding information and submit proposals. This procurement requires vendors to follow strict delivery and shipping guidelines, specifically mandating FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price. Vendors must understand that time and delivery rates are critical, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules could result in rejection and potential default termination. DART has established specific invoice and payment requirements, including submission of invoices to APInvoices@dart.org with comprehensive documentation and adherence to Net 30 payment terms.

While the solicitation does not explicitly outline set-aside designations or specific vendor restrictions, vendors must meet several compliance requirements. Suppliers must provide commercial warranties ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications, and include all applicable federal, state, and local taxes in their pricing. Vendors are required to certify they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with contracts involving foreign terrorist organizations and must verify they do not boycott Israel. The procurement appears to be for a standard mixing cup, suggesting this is likely a routine supply contract with potential for ongoing or repetitive ordering. Though specific budget ranges are not disclosed in the available documentation, vendors should prepare competitive pricing that accounts for shipping, taxes, and potential volume considerations. The contract terms allow DART to terminate the order for default or convenience, providing flexibility in managing the procurement process.
