The procurement seeks hourly rates across nineteen service categories, including hydraulic crane trucks with operator services ranging from 20-25 ton capacity through greater than 100 ton capacity, loading and unloading services using forklifts, rigging assistance, and specialized transportation services using Landall-type vehicles, low-boy vehicles, and tractor-trailer transportation with standard and double-drop configurations. Required insurance includes Commercial General Liability coverage of not less than $500,000 per occurrence and Business Auto Liability of not less than $500,000 combined single limit. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible vendor on an all-or-none total factored rate basis, with compensation provided at fixed hourly rates for actual time worked on a twenty-four hour daily, three hundred sixty-five day annual basis, with all costs including labor, equipment, materials, fuel, permits, mobilization, and demobilization included in the hourly rate.

The contract includes Small/Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (S/M/WBE) provisions and a five percent Local Preference for vendors with permanent places of business in Palm Beach County or the Glades. All vendors must register in the County's Vendor Self Service system, comply with criminal history record checks, and adhere to E-Verify employment eligibility verification requirements. The anticipated contract value is $76,000 over the initial twelve-month term, with no guaranteed minimum hours, and the successful vendor will receive a contract for twelve months with four optional renewal periods of twelve months each, subject to mutual written agreement and appropriation of funds.
