A minimum of two trained personnel in the Lane Closure Advisory Management System (LCAMS) and VaTraffic are required prior to the Notice to Proceed. An optional prebid conference is scheduled for August 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST via Microsoft Teams. Questions are due August 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
