About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for disposable coveralls in large size, specifically white coveralls constructed of PE/PP material with integrated hood and feet (item number 2097800). This procurement is posted on the Texas state contracting system for Dallas County and requires bidders to register with the Bonfire system to access detailed specifications and submit responses through the in-browser BidTable. The contract opportunity was posted on January 30, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 6, 2026. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and delivery schedules are identified as essential to contract performance, with seller failure to meet specified delivery rates constituting grounds for rejection and default termination. Invoices must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and include the purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices paid 30 days from receipt of the invoice or 30 days from receipt of the order, whichever is later. All sellers must warrant that supplies are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and comply with all product descriptions and specifications referenced in the order.

The contracting opportunity does not identify any specific set-asides or restrictions limiting participation to disadvantaged enterprises or organizations with particular certifications; however, all vendors must certify compliance with Texas law requirements, including confirmation that they do not appear on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization contracts and commitment not to boycott Israel during the contract term. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure requirements are referenced in the available documentation. The specific award value or budget range for this procurement is not disclosed in the posted materials; interested vendors must access the complete bid details and specifications through the Bonfire registration system to obtain pricing guidance and respond competitively.
