About this opportunity
The State of Georgia, through the Secretary of State and affiliated agencies, is soliciting proposals via electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract for comprehensive court reporting services. The procurement seeks one or more qualified vendors to provide services including in-person and remote court reporting for hearings, depositions, testimony under oath, and board meetings, along with transcript preparation, certified document copies, and miscellaneous services such as postage and notarization. Bidders must maintain all credentials required to perform court reporting services and demonstrate the ability to deliver services in a timely and professional manner by qualified and skilled individuals in conformity with industry standards. The contract will have an initial term of one year with four additional one-year renewal options available. The eRFQ was posted on January 21, 2026, with a proposal due date of February 19, 2026. Bidders must be capable of providing both in-person and remote service delivery to meet the State Entity's operational requirements.
The eRFQ documents do not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or preferences for particular organization types at this time. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available procurement materials. Similarly, the documentation does not reference specific existing infrastructure or technology systems that selected vendors must integrate with, though bidders should anticipate coordination with state systems as part of service delivery. The award value, contract budget range, or pricing structure is not disclosed in the posted opportunity information. Interested vendors should obtain the complete eRFQ documents and any additional specifications from the State of Georgia's procurement portal to fully understand all requirements, evaluation criteria, and submission instructions.
