The procurement covers various sizes of corrugated metal pipe, including 15", 18", 24" diameter pipes, and B3 (24" x 18") arch pipes, to be delivered to maintenance facilities in Bradleyville, Branson, and Ozark. Total quantities include 294 linear feet of 15" diameter pipe, 492 linear feet of 18" diameter pipe, 35 linear feet of 24" diameter pipe, and 30 linear feet of arch pipe. The pipes must be 16 gauge and sourced from a pre-approved qualified plant, with bands required for longer sections. Delivery is specified for Monday through Thursday between 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM local time, with 24-hour advance notice required. The solicitation will be awarded by group on a firm fixed pricing, "low bid" basis, with pricing to remain valid for 60 days. Bids are due by September 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM CDT, with delivery required by October 16, 2024.
The procurement encourages participation from Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and Women Business Enterprises (WBE), with specific participation goals of 10% MBE and 5% WBE. Service-Disabled Veteran (SDV) businesses are also encouraged to participate. Additional requirements include compliance with the Domestic Products Procurement Act for purchases over $25,000, which offers a 10% preference for American-made products. Vendors must complete Exhibit N for bids exceeding $25,000 and Exhibit M for bids over $100,000. A Certificate of Insurance is required prior to award, and all materials must comply with current Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. Payment terms are Net 45 days, with single invoices to be emailed to SWInvoices@modot.mo.gov. While no specific award value or budget range is provided in the solicitation, the detailed specifications and multiple delivery locations suggest a substantial procurement opportunity for qualified suppliers of corrugated metal pipe and culverts.
