Copy of School Transportation Dept Filters

The state and local contract opportunity posted by the state of Virginia involves the Louisa County School Transportation Department's procurement of filters. The specific contract, identified by the ID 66205af5702d6d31490f87ea, was initially posted on April 18, 2012, with a submission deadline of April 24, 2012. While limited details are provided about the precise filter specifications, the opportunity appears to be a targeted procurement for replacement or maintenance filters for school transportation vehicles or related equipment. The short timeframe between posting and submission suggests this was likely a time-sensitive procurement process requiring quick vendor response. Key deadlines include the posting date of April 18, 2012, and the critical due date of April 24, 2012, indicating vendors had approximately six days to prepare and submit their proposals.

No specific set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise requirements, or incumbent vendor information are explicitly detailed in the provided contract opportunity description. The contract appears to be focused specifically on Louisa County's school transportation department's filter procurement needs. Without additional context, it is not possible to definitively assess potential award values, budget ranges, or specific organizational restrictions for potential bidders. The limited information suggests this was a narrow, potentially low-value procurement focused on a specific operational supply need for the county's school transportation infrastructure. Potential vendors would have needed to meet the basic requirements for supplying appropriate transportation-related filters within the specified short submission window.
