Pre-award requirements include Certificates of Insurance with minimum combined single limit or bodily injury and property damage liability coverage of one million dollars per occurrence, performance and payment bonds equal to one hundred percent of contract price, North Carolina E-Verify compliance, W-9, Iran Divestment Act certification, debarment certification, HUB participation affidavits, and subcontractor and supplier exemption forms if applicable. The County reserves the right to add or remove equipment through contract amendments using the established pricing structure.
