About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for supplies, services, or construction through this purchase order opportunity (LSB #2098870) posted on April 20, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 30, 2026. While the specific goods or services are not detailed in the available documentation, the procurement requires vendors to comply with DART's comprehensive Terms and Conditions governing all purchase orders. All deliverables must meet strict specifications and drawings, with time and rate of delivery considered essential to contract performance. Vendors are required to submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and must provide invoices in triplicate containing purchase order numbers, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The evaluation will be conducted through an in-browser BidTable accessible via the BONFIRE registration system, though detailed evaluation criteria are not specified in the available documentation.
Payment will be made on Net 30 terms calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, with partial payment permitted for accepted deliveries. All suppliers must comply with equal employment opportunity requirements, obtain certification that they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's foreign terrorist organization list, and certify non-boycott of Israel. Vendors must also acknowledge that they cannot assign their contract without written consent from DART and agree that all disputes will be governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County. No incumbent vendors, set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or specific budget ranges are identified in the available documentation. Interested vendors should access the complete project details and BidTable through the "Prepare Your Submission" process on the BONFIRE portal and review the full Purchase Order Terms and Conditions PDF available in the Supporting Documentation section.

In such event, the Seller shall be liable for damages, including the excess cost of reprocuring similar supplies or services or completing construction; provided that, if (i) it is determined for any reason that the Seller was not in default, or (ii) the Seller's failure to perform is without his and his subcontractor's control, fault, or negligence, the termination shall be deemed to be a termination for convenience under paragraph 12.
