The contract will be structured as a "Lump Sum not to exceed" agreement, with total project construction costs capped at $1,000,000. The project is partially funded by a $50,000 Gaming Economic Development and Tourism Fund (GEDTF) grant from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County. The contract term is set to expire on December 31, 2026, or upon completion of the work, whichever occurs first. While no specific set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise requirements are explicitly mentioned, interested firms must complete a no-cost registration process on PennBid to participate.
