The scope comprises four units: Unit A (concrete paving, curbing, site grading, traffic control signage, and parking-stall markings); Unit B (1.5-inch PVC water distribution line with meter and backflow preventer); Unit C (24-inch reinforced concrete pipe drainage and detention, inlets, swale reconstruction, and site preparation); and Unit D (miscellaneous items including well-point systems, trench safety, inlet protection, erosion control, tree protection, utility staking, construction staking, and as-built survey services).
