Work spans selective demolition, pavement operations, earthwork, traffic maintenance, erosion and sediment control, concrete and paving, streetscape installations, lighting and electrical upgrades, fiber-optic work, traffic signal improvements, water line installation and utility coordination, signage installation, and project closeout.

The contract will be compensated on a Cost-Plus payment basis and partially reimbursed through Federal-aid funding. The proposed contract duration is two years with extensions as necessary. The anticipated Notice to Proceed is November 2026, with firm selection and notification on September 17, 2026. Professional Liability insurance of at least $1 million is required. Letters of Interest are limited to 15 pages (excluding RS-2 forms), single-spaced, 8.5" × 11" format, submitted electronically in PDF.
