About this opportunity
The State of Ohio Department of Administrative Services General Services Division State Printing & Mail Services has issued an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the provision of two mesh banners - one 450-feet x 5-feet and one 50-feet x 5-feet, with specific requirements for the material, imprint, ink, and grommets. The banners are for use by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and are to be delivered to the Hiedie Whitman Indian Lake State Park in Lakeview, Ohio by November 1st, 2024 or sooner. Bids must be submitted online by September 30, 2024, and the unit price bid for each item shall not have more than 3 digits after the decimal point. The state will determine the low lot total price by multiplying the estimated usage of each item by its corresponding unit price and adding the totals together. Bidders must complete the attached Affirmation and Disclosure Form prior to the award, which requires disclosure of the locations where services will be performed and where state data will be located.
The ITB does not specify any set-aside designations or restrictions on the types of organizations that can respond. There is no information provided about any incumbent vendors or current contractors, and no details on existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration. The ITB does not include any listed award values or budget ranges.
