Conservation/Parks/DeSoto - FY25 - Septic Services

This is a quick quote solicitation issued by the State of Alabama's Division of Procurement for septic tank, grease trap, and pit toilet cleaning services to be provided at Desoto State Park in Dekalb County. The contract will be valid for one year from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025. The services will include cleaning septic tanks, grease traps, and pit toilets of unknown sizes, some of which may be custom-built. A site visit is suggested to inspect the facilities prior to submitting a response. Responses are due by September 12, 2024 and must be submitted electronically through the Alabama Buys procurement platform. The contract will be awarded based on all-or-none pricing and will incorporate the State of Alabama's standard terms and conditions for quick quote solicitations.

This opportunity is open to all qualified vendors, with no set-aside or restricted designations indicated. The current incumbent contractor, if any, is not specified. The solicitation does not provide an estimated contract value or budget range, but suppliers should price their services accordingly to meet the State's needs for the 12-month contract period.
