Every bid requires a 15 percent bid bond, and the contractor must furnish performance and payment bonds each at 100 percent of the contract price.

Scope covers demolition of existing structures, installation of a modular block wall enclosure, concrete deck placement, utility relocation and installation, timber stairs, guardrails, fence repair, and landscaping restoration at 60 Compo Beach Road. The contract term is 180 consecutive calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with liquidated damages of $200 per calendar day for late completion. Monthly progress payments are made on completed work, with 5 percent retainage held for one year after final completion. Required insurance includes workers' compensation, commercial general liability of at least $1 million per occurrence, commercial automobile liability of $1 million, and umbrella liability of $5 million.
