The City will negotiate with two or more qualified offerors following evaluation and will select the proposal offering best value.

The initial project is anticipated to begin within 60 days of contract award and be completed within six months. The contract term is three years with potential extension up to five years for related services at the City's discretion. Payment terms are net 30 days based on milestone achievements. Submissions must include completed City forms, current resumes for assigned personnel, three professional references with contact information, and a terminated reference from the past three years. General Liability insurance of $1 million combined single limits with $2 million aggregate is mandated, along with workers' compensation and automobile liability coverage of at least $1 million.
