This procurement seeks quotations for three specific vaccine products: Canine Vaccine containing Distemper, Adenovirus type 2, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus, and Corona Virus (220 trays annually); Canine Intranasal Vaccine containing Parainfluenza, Bordetella Bronchiseptica, and Adenovirus (220 trays annually); and Feline Vaccine containing Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, and Chlamydia (220 packs annually). All vaccines must be delivered in sealed original manufacturer's packaging with a minimum shelf life of twelve months from the delivery date and must be Thimerosal Free. Deliveries must be completed within fourteen calendar days of receiving a term contract delivery order, with pricing structured as firm and fixed for both the initial term and any subsequent renewal periods, with all unit prices quoted to two decimal points and shipping, freight, and handling charges included in the unit price. The submission deadline was March 13, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. local time to the Purchasing Department at 50 South Military Trail, Suite 110, West Palm Beach, Florida 33415. Award was to be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest responsive, responsible vendor, with the successful vendor receiving an initial twelve-month term contract with the option to renew for four additional twelve-month periods upon mutual written agreement.
