About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for clips and hangers (item 2099091) through a purchase order procurement process. This opportunity, posted on May 1, 2026, with a bid due date of May 8, 2026, requires vendors to submit pricing and product information through the Bonfire registration system's BidTable interface. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, and vendors are responsible for compliance with DART's comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Specific product quantities, detailed specifications, and delivery schedules are accessible only through the Bonfire platform's BidTable window. Vendors must demonstrate their ability to meet strict delivery time and rate requirements, as failure to perform according to specifications may result in order rejection and default termination. Payment will be made on a Net 30 basis, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, and payment calculated from either 30 days after invoice receipt or 30 days after order receipt, whichever is later.
The procurement documents do not specify set-aside designations for disadvantaged or minority-owned enterprises, nor do they identify incumbent vendors or current contractors for this item. No budget range or award value is disclosed in the available procurement materials. Vendors must comply with federal equal employment opportunity requirements, provide certifications regarding foreign terrorist organization affiliations and Israel boycott policies, and obtain prior written consent from the Contracting Officer before assigning any contractual obligations. DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes, and all vendors are responsible for payment of applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Commercial warranties must confirm merchantable quality and specification compliance, with coverage equal to the most favorable terms offered to any customer.
