About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement of Cleaner, Mechanical Part, Concentrated, TNT, ZEP, 5 Gallon Pail (Item 2098079). This is a straightforward goods procurement for cleaning supplies to be delivered to DART facilities. The solicitation was posted on March 11, 2026, with a bid due date of March 18, 2026. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price; DART does not accept FOB Origin or Prepay and Add arrangements. Vendors are required to register on the BONFIRE procurement platform to access the complete bid table, project details, and submission response fields. Delivery timing is critical to contract performance, and vendors must comply with specified delivery schedules, as failure to meet delivery requirements constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. Payment terms are Net 30, calculated from the later of invoice receipt or order receipt date, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org.

The procurement opportunity does not indicate specific set-aside designations or restrictions on organization types eligible to respond. Vendors must comply with DART's standard terms and conditions, including equal opportunity requirements and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycotts, as well as commercial warranty provisions covering merchantable quality and specification compliance. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available documentation. The specific quantity requirements, budget range, and potential award value are not disclosed in the publicly available summary materials and must be accessed through the BONFIRE registration system and bid table. All vendors are responsible for federal, state, and local taxes, though DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes. Interested suppliers should prioritize registering on BONFIRE immediately to access the complete solicitation details and bid submission requirements prior to the March 18, 2026 deadline.
