The project, identified as CCA Project No. PARKING-CM1, seeks qualified firms to provide comprehensive construction services for the parking deck expansion. Respondents must carefully review the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and submit detailed statements demonstrating their capabilities and experience in similar projects. The RFQ aims to identify potential providers who can effectively manage and execute the construction project, with the CCA reserving the right to select one or more firms for further consideration. Key dates include the posting date of April 30, 2025, and the proposal due date of May 30, 2025. The procurement process will involve initial qualification submissions, potential interviews, and final proposal selection, with the CCA maintaining the flexibility to reject any or all submissions or cancel the procurement at any time.

The solicitation does not explicitly specify set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises based on the provided information. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are mentioned in the document. While the specific budget range is not disclosed, the project involves a significant infrastructure development in downtown Athens, suggesting a substantial investment in urban parking infrastructure. The CCA will evaluate submissions based on the firms' qualifications, experience, and demonstrated capability to successfully complete the parking deck addition project. The procurement process appears to be open to qualified construction management and general contracting firms with proven track records in similar municipal infrastructure projects.
