All work must be completed during November 2–6, 2026, with the system fully operational by 5:00 p.m. on November 6. Liquidated damages are $200 per calendar day for delays beyond this deadline.

Bidders must demonstrate a minimum of five years' documented experience on comparable audiovisual projects, maintain current AVIXA CTS accreditation with CTS-D-certified designers and a CTS-I-certified installer on-site, and hold current Extron Electronics, Dante, and ISO 9001 certifications. Prime contractors lacking qualifications must engage a qualified audiovisual subcontractor or face bid rejection.

The project budget is $30,000. Bid security of ten percent of the bid amount is required; the awardee must provide performance and payment bonds each at one hundred percent of the contract sum. A five percent small business preference applies to certified small businesses or non-small businesses committing to subcontract at least twenty-five percent of net bid price to small businesses. A DVBE Bid Incentive of up to three percent is available for six percent or higher DVBE participation. Prevailing wage requirements under California Labor Code sections 1770 et seq. apply.
