Nonprofit proposers must comply with California Attorney General registration requirements.

DCYF anticipates awarding up to 7 indefinite-quantity, as-needed contracts, with up to $3.7 million allocated annually for fiscal years 2027-28 and 2028-29. The initial term runs two years, July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2029, with an option to extend three additional years. DCYF will issue Purchase Orders and Task Orders against awarded contracts.
