Contractors must handle all waste disposal in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The estimated annual spend is $97,040. The contract term is three years with City options to renew for up to two additional consecutive one-year terms. The Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled for August 10, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. EST via Microsoft Teams. Written questions are due August 4, 2026, with follow-up questions due August 14, 2026. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire e-Procurement Portal.
