The procurement includes specific set-aside designations and preferences for Small Businesses (SB) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), offering a 5% bid preference up to $50,000 for certified small businesses and DVBE incentives ranging from 1% to 5% not exceeding $500,000. Contractors may utilize Marriage and Family Therapist Interns for up to 70% of services at 75% of the contractor's hourly rate. The estimated contract value is $16,350.00, with required insurance coverage including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, and Workers' Compensation with minimum limits of $1,000,000.
