The estimated annual spend is $97,040. The initial contract term is three years with options to renew for up to two additional one-year terms. Pricing must remain firm for the duration of the contract unless otherwise specified. The contractor bears all costs for labor, materials, waste handling, transportation, disposal of non-hazardous and hazardous waste, and all required permits, certificates, and manifests. Commercial general liability insurance of at least $1 million per occurrence and workers' compensation insurance meeting North Carolina statutory requirements are mandatory.
