About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking to procure an Axis 3737-PLE 360-degree camera system through this purchase order opportunity posted on March 18, 2026, with a submission deadline of March 25, 2026. This procurement involves the supply of specialized surveillance equipment designed to provide comprehensive 360-degree monitoring capabilities. Vendors are required to submit bids through the BONFIRE registration system, where detailed specifications and vendor response fields are accessible through the in-browser BidTable by initiating the "Prepare Your Submission" process. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall quoted price, and delivery schedules are considered essential to the contract, with failure to meet specified delivery timelines subject to rejection and default termination. Vendors must also comply with DART's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish the foundational legal framework for all procurement activities and require adherence to strict operational and financial requirements throughout the contract period.
The procurement opportunity does not specify any set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or limitations on organizational eligibility based on the available documentation. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the solicitation materials provided. The specific award value, budget range, and detailed technical specifications for the Axis 3737-PLE 360-degree camera system are contained within the confidential BidTable and supporting documentation accessible only after BONFIRE registration and initiation of the submission process. All selected vendors must comply with Texas law, certify non-discrimination in employment and equal opportunity practices, and acknowledge DART's exemption from Texas state and local sales and use taxes. Payment terms are established at Net 30, with invoices due 30 days from receipt or order, whichever is later, and must be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org with complete documentation of purchase order numbers, item numbers, descriptions, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
