About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for the procurement of a Camera, Axis, 3737-PLE 360 Degree unit (Contract Number 2097544). This purchase order opportunity, posted on January 16, 2026, with a submission deadline of January 23, 2026, requires qualified vendors to supply surveillance camera equipment meeting specified technical requirements. While the detailed specifications and evaluation criteria are accessible through the BONFIRE registration system and in-browser BidTable, vendors must ensure their bids reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the overall quoted price. Delivery timelines are critical to this procurement, and failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination by the Authority. The procurement is governed by DART's comprehensive Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, which establish binding contractual obligations for all responding vendors. Prospective bidders must access the complete details and submit their responses through the designated BONFIRE platform by the January 23, 2026 deadline.

The procurement documentation does not identify specific set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises or restrictions limiting vendor eligibility based on organizational status. No incumbent vendors or current contractors are identified in the available solicitation materials. All vendors responding to this opportunity must comply with DART's mandatory requirements, including Net 30 payment terms, submission of invoices in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, and adherence to equal opportunity employment practices and certifications regarding foreign terrorist organizations and Israel boycott prohibitions. The specific award value or budget range for this camera procurement is not disclosed in the publicly available solicitation materials; vendors should reference the Supporting Documentation section for the complete Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and any additional technical or budgetary information accessible through the BONFIRE system.
