Contractors must hold current business licenses and maintain specific insurance requirements, including comprehensive general liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, automobile insurance of at least $500,000, and workers' compensation insurance. All contractors are required to verify compliance with federal work authorization requirements through E-Verify and provide current W-9 forms within 15 days of award to avoid payment delays. The contract will be awarded on a lump-sum basis, with compensation for each task not to exceed a pre-established maximum to be negotiated after consultant selection. While a specific budget range is not explicitly stated, the contract allows for monthly invoicing with narrative progress reports.
