An optional facility walk-through is available on November 3, 2025 at 10:00 AM, and potential bidders must submit any letters of inquiry by November 4, 2025.
The procurement includes specific set-aside and participation requirements, mandating 25% small business participation under Government Code Section 14838, with certified small and micro-businesses encouraged to submit bids. A 5% disabled veteran business enterprise (DVBE) incentive is available, with a maximum potential value of $500,000 for qualified DVBE participation. The contract term spans three years, from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2029, with no extension options. Estimated parts budget is $5,000 for the entire contract period, with pricing based on hourly repair rates and per-service maintenance rates specified in Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet. Contractors must maintain minimum insurance coverage, including $1,000,000 commercial general liability, valid automobile insurance, and workers' compensation.
