Bus Quotes

The state of Georgia is seeking competitive quotes for the procurement of two buses: a 14-passenger activity bus and a standard 72-passenger bus. This solicitation encompasses not only the vehicle purchase but also requires vendors to provide comprehensive financing options for these transportation assets. The procurement opportunity was officially posted on November 3, 2025, with proposals due by November 21, 2025, providing potential bidders approximately 18 days to prepare and submit their quotes. The state appears to be targeting educational or municipal transportation needs, given the specific passenger capacities of the requested vehicles. Vendors responding to this opportunity will need to demonstrate the ability to supply high-quality buses that meet specific passenger capacity requirements and offer flexible financing structures.

While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, potential respondents should be prepared to meet standard state procurement qualifications for vehicle suppliers. The contract opportunity does not indicate specific restrictions on vendor type, suggesting a competitive bidding process open to various bus manufacturers and dealerships. The absence of incumbent vendor information suggests this might be a new procurement cycle or replacement of existing fleet assets. Though no specific budget range is mentioned, interested vendors should be prepared to provide competitive pricing for both the 14-passenger and 72-passenger bus models, inclusive of comprehensive financing options. Respondents will likely need to provide detailed specifications, pricing structures, financing terms, and potential delivery timelines as part of their comprehensive quote submission.
