About this opportunity

The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is soliciting bids for a business process outsourcing (BPO) contract for electrical outlet installation at Shiloh. This procurement, posted on April 22, 2026, with a submission deadline of May 1, 2026, seeks qualified vendors to provide electrical outlet installation services at a specified location. While the detailed scope of work, specific deliverables, and technical requirements are accessible through the BONFIRE registration system and the in-browser BidTable interface, bidders are required to review the complete project specifications, vendor response requirements, and supporting documentation available on the procurement portal. All bids must reflect FOB Destination shipping terms with freight costs included in the overall price, and vendors must adhere to DART's standard purchase order terms and conditions. Timely delivery is essential to this procurement, as failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for order rejection and default termination by the Authority. The bid submission process requires vendors to initiate the "Prepare Your Submission" process and access the BidTable window to view complete project details and submit their responses.

No specific information regarding set-aside designations for disadvantaged enterprises, minority-owned businesses, or other restricted categories is provided in the available procurement documentation. Similarly, incumbent vendors, current contractors, or existing infrastructure requirements are not identified in the posted materials. Payment terms are established at Net 30, with invoices to be submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and processed 30 days from receipt of invoice or order, whichever is later. The procurement documentation does not specify an estimated award value or budget range. Vendors should note that DART reserves the right to terminate orders for default should the seller fail to perform contractual obligations within specified timeframes, and all awards remain subject to the complete terms and conditions outlined in DART's standard purchase order documentation.

In such event, the Seller shall be liable for damages, including the excess cost of reprocuring similar supplies or services or completing construction; provided that, if (i) it is determined for any reason that the Seller was not in default, or (ii) the Seller's failure to perform is without his and his subcontractor's control, fault, or negligence, the termination shall be deemed to be a termination for convenience under paragraph 12.
