About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) has issued a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for Annual Non Destructive Testing, soliciting competitive bids through a Bonfire registration process. The procurement requires vendors to submit detailed proposals for non-destructive testing services, with specific emphasis on precise delivery and performance standards. Interested vendors must register on the Bonfire platform and complete the "Prepare Your Submission" process to access full bid details. The solicitation is specifically for Dallas County, Texas, with a proposal due date of December 18, 2025. Vendors must adhere to strict delivery terms, where time and delivery rates are critical, and failure to meet specified performance metrics may result in rejection or contract termination. DART has established clear payment terms of Net 30, requiring invoices to be submitted electronically to APInvoices@dart.org with comprehensive documentation including purchase order number, item details, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
The procurement appears to be open to all qualified vendors capable of meeting DART's technical and performance specifications, though no specific set-aside designations were explicitly mentioned in the provided documentation. Vendors must comply with FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs included in the overall pricing, and DART does not typically accept alternative shipping arrangements. While specific budget ranges were not disclosed, the contract represents an annual non-destructive testing service opportunity with potential for ongoing engagement. The procurement process requires careful attention to DART's purchase order terms and conditions, which are available in the attached PDF documentation. Prospective bidders should thoroughly review all supporting materials, particularly the Purchase Order Terms and Conditions document, to ensure full compliance with DART's operational requirements and expectations for this non-destructive testing service contract.
