About this opportunity
The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is procuring bolts for a carrier rear component through this purchase order opportunity posted on February 6, 2026, with a submission deadline of February 10, 2026. While the specific technical specifications and detailed product requirements are accessible through the BONFIRE registration system and in-browser BidTable, the procurement requires vendors to submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms with all freight costs included in the overall price. All purchase orders issued by DART are subject to the agency's standard Terms and Conditions, which emphasize that time and rate of deliveries are essential to performance requirements. Vendors must be capable of meeting DART's Net 30 payment terms and comply with invoicing procedures that require submission in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org, including complete purchase order information, item descriptions, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals. The procurement is governed by Texas law with venue in Dallas County, and DART reserves the right to terminate orders for default if sellers fail to perform within specified delivery timeframes and schedules.
The available documentation does not specify set-aside designations, disadvantaged enterprise restrictions, or preferred vendor status that would limit competition for this procurement. Vendors are required to certify that they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with contracts to Foreign Terrorist Organizations and must verify that neither they nor their affiliates boycott Israel, ensuring compliance with applicable state requirements. No incumbent vendor, existing contractors, or specific technology integration requirements are identified in the procurement materials. The award value and budget range for this purchase order opportunity are not disclosed in the publicly available documentation; interested vendors should access the complete BidTable and project details through the BONFIRE registration system to obtain pricing expectations and final award information.
