About this opportunity

The Cuyahoga County Board of Elections is requesting bids for 300 units of 12-in-1 power strips with integrated fast-charging stations, with bids due August 27, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time via the Infor Supplier Portal.

The specified model is the Dongguan Yuanhaoxun Technology Model HX-P26 or a comparable equivalent. Each unit must feature four wide-spaced AC outlets rated at 1800W total capacity, 12 USB ports with fast-charging support (four USB Type C and four USB Type A), a flat/wall-flush plug design, and a 10-foot cord (minimum 5-foot acceptable). Electrical rating is 100V–240V, 50/60Hz at 15A maximum. Bidders must submit product quotes that include a link to the product, estimated lead time, and a copy of the product quote.

Standard vendor obligations apply: General Liability Insurance with $500,000 combined single limits and Automobile Liability Insurance with $1,000,000 combined single limits; compliance with Ohio Workmen's Compensation Laws and all federal, state, and local laws; and indemnification for claims arising from negligence or product defects. Payment terms are net 30 days from receipt of proper invoice or final acceptance of goods, whichever is later. The Board of Elections retains the right to cancel orders without cause, with vendor liability limited to actual costs expended. Time is of the essence; failure to deliver within specified timeframes entitles the Board to cancel and purchase goods elsewhere, with the vendor responsible for any cost increases. All disputes are governed by Cuyahoga County court jurisdiction under Ohio law.
