Boat, Motor, Trailer

The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase one 24-foot aluminum boat, one 150 HP four-stroke outboard motor, and one boat trailer. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) provides detailed specifications for the boat, motor, and trailer, including required features, dimensions, and performance characteristics. TPWD is requesting line-item pricing for the fully assembled boat, motor, and trailer package, with bids due by 2:00 PM on August 19, 2024. The contract shall commence upon issuance and expire upon delivery and final acceptance by TPWD. The equipment must be new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty, with a minimum 4-year warranty on parts and labor. Delivery is required to be F.O.B. destination, with the vendor responsible for all shipping, handling, and delivery fees. TPWD reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities prior to award based on budget constraints. The contract will be awarded to the bidder whose quote represents the best value to TPWD, considering factors such as price, ability to meet specifications, delivery schedule, and past performance.

The document does not list any incumbent vendors or current contractors, nor does it mention any existing infrastructure or technology that requires integration.
