About this opportunity
Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority (DART) is seeking to procure a 16-channel digital PCB board, specifically identified by solicitation number 2097009, with proposals due on December 17, 2025. This procurement is specific to Dallas County, Texas, and requires potential vendors to register through the Bonfire platform to access full bid details. The procurement follows strict purchase order terms and conditions, with critical delivery requirements that emphasize time and rate of delivery as essential contract elements. Vendors must submit bids reflecting FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs included in the overall price, and understand that failure to meet specified delivery schedules could result in order rejection or default termination. Invoicing must adhere to specific guidelines, including submission to APInvoices@dart.org in triplicate, with detailed documentation including purchase order number, item number, description, sizes, quantities, unit prices, and extended totals.
While no specific set-aside designations or disadvantaged enterprise requirements are explicitly stated in the available documentation, vendors must meet several compliance criteria. These include demonstrating equal opportunity employment practices, compliance with Texas law, and providing certification that the company does not appear on the Texas Comptroller's list of companies with foreign terrorist organization contracts. Vendors must also verify that they and their affiliated entities do not boycott Israel. The procurement requires suppliers to warrant that provided supplies and services are of merchantable quality, suitable for intended use, and comply with product specifications. DART will apply standard Net 30 payment terms, with invoices payable 30 days from receipt of invoice or order receipt, whichever is later. Though a specific award value is not disclosed, the procurement is for a specific digital PCB board, suggesting a targeted, technical procurement with likely moderate financial scope.
