About this opportunity

Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is requesting a quote for a board, LVPS driver, IGBT component (model TT1557-4/04) with a quote due by June 5, 2026.

All bids must be submitted through BONFIRE registration and accessed via the in-browser BidTable. Shipping terms are FOB Destination with freight costs included in the quoted price. Payment terms are Net 30, with invoices submitted in triplicate to APInvoices@dart.org and payable 30 days from invoice receipt or 30 days from order receipt, whichever is later.

Time and rate of delivery are essential to the order. Seller failure to meet specified delivery schedules constitutes grounds for rejection and default termination. The Contracting Officer may terminate for default and recover excess reprocurement costs. The Authority also reserves the right to terminate for convenience with equitable adjustment to price or schedule if change orders affect seller costs or performance.

Sellers warrant certification that they are not identified on the Texas Comptroller's foreign terrorist organization list and certify that neither they nor affiliates boycott Israel. All pricing must include applicable federal, state, and local taxes; DART is exempt from Texas state and local sales and use taxes.

Governing law is Texas state law with venue in Dallas County.
