About this opportunity

The state of Idaho, specifically Bonner County, has issued a procurement opportunity (Contract ID: 67d03780e5e811976f089546) for Landscaping Services at the Pocatello Veterans Home. The contract involves the acquisition of UTV's, specifically Can Am Defender 1000 utility terrain vehicles, which appear to be critical equipment for landscaping maintenance operations. The posted solicitation was released on March 10, 2025, with a response deadline of March 13, 2025, indicating a relatively compressed procurement timeline. Potential vendors must carefully review the specifications and ensure their proposed UTV's meet the precise requirements for the Veterans Home's landscaping needs. While the detailed technical specifications are not fully provided in the available documentation, respondents should anticipate preparing comprehensive proposals that demonstrate the vehicles' capabilities, durability, and suitability for landscaping work in potentially challenging terrain.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions for disadvantaged enterprises were explicitly noted in the available contract documentation. The procurement appears to be a standard competitive solicitation open to qualified vendors capable of providing the specified UTV equipment. Without additional context, it is challenging to determine precise budget ranges or potential award values for this contract. Vendors interested in responding should carefully review all procurement documents to understand the full scope of requirements, including any potential integration needs with existing landscaping infrastructure at the Pocatello Veterans Home. Given the short response window between the posting and due dates, potential bidders should act expeditiously in preparing their submissions to ensure compliance with all procurement guidelines and technical specifications.

The decision remains discretionary, and suppliers have no right to appeal the Administrator's decision.
