About this opportunity
The state of Idaho has released an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for a procurement opportunity identified as Contract ID 678a66eeb9c938de6b0b2992, specifically related to BNO - Canva. The solicitation was posted on January 10, 2025, with a proposal submission deadline of January 15, 2025. While specific details about the precise goods or services are limited in the provided documentation, the procurement appears to be a state-level contract opportunity requiring formal bidding procedures. The short timeline between posting and submission suggests this is likely a time-sensitive procurement that demands rapid response from potential vendors. Interested bidders will need to carefully review the full bid documentation to understand the complete scope of requirements, deliverables, and evaluation criteria.
Given the limited information provided, it is not possible to definitively state set-aside designations, incumbent vendors, or precise budget ranges for this contract opportunity. The brevity of the available details prevents a comprehensive assessment of organizational restrictions or potential award values. Potential bidders are strongly encouraged to obtain the full solicitation documents directly from the state of Idaho to understand all nuanced requirements, qualification criteria, and submission guidelines. Additional research through official state procurement channels would be necessary to gain complete insight into the specific constraints, integration requirements, or financial parameters of this contract opportunity.

The Idaho Information Technology Services has requested a brand name exemption for the purchase of Canva (Enterprise). If approved, a brand name exemption allows an agency to specify one brand name only in a procurement and to eliminate bids for any alternate or substitute property. Brand name exemptions are at the discretion of the DOP Administrator. In the interest of transparency, DOP is offering suppliers the opportunity to review this requested exemption and provide relevant information. The decision remains discretionary, and suppliers have no right to appeal the Administrator's decision. Suppliers are invited to provide information that may help the DOP Administrator make a decision regarding this brand name exemption. Please review the Agency's request, attached in the Buyer Attachment section of IPRO. You are invited to provide information that may help support or contradict the claim that the named brand is the only brand that can meet the agency's business needs. Submit your information by attaching it in the Supplier Attachments section of IPRO and submitting your response or emailing purchasing@adm.idaho.gov. To be considered by the Administrator, all information must be submitted prior to the closing date and time listed in IPRO.
