Annual price adjustments are permitted based on the U.S. Department of Labor's Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) using simple percentage method adjustments to base rates. Award goes to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Insurance requirements include Commercial General Liability ($1,000,000 to $5,000,000 per occurrence), Automobile Liability ($300,000 to $1,000,000), Workers' Compensation ($100,000 to $1,000,000), Pollution Liability ($1,000,000), and other specified coverages; all carriers must hold A.M.
