The scope comprises 10 line items: 4,250 square yards of pavement demolition, 4,250 square yards of flexible base material installation, 350 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 2,255 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 790 square yards of concrete valley gutters and aprons, plus erosion control, traffic control, and utility adjustments.
