Bids must be submitted via ZOOM (Meeting ID: 966 517 3229) or by mail/hand delivery to the Procurement Department at 535 Telfair Street, Room 605, Augusta, Georgia 30901, with a pre-bid conference held electronically on the same date and time. All written questions must be submitted to procbidandcontract@augustaga.gov by November 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Successful bidders must have operated as a commercial business in a permanent building structure for a minimum of three consecutive years, maintain factory-warranted parts and services within 25 miles of the Augusta Fleet Management facility at 1568-C Broad Street, and provide mobile service capability with 24-hour response time; bid prices must be guaranteed for a minimum of 90 days and include all delivery, installation, and setup costs, with equipment delivered carrying no more than 275 miles on the odometer and at least one-quarter tank of fuel between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding city holidays.
Local vendor preference applies to this procurement for projects of $100,000 or less, with the lowest local qualified bidder receiving preference if their bid is within 10 percent or $10,000 (whichever is less) of the lowest non-local bid. All bidders must comply with E-Verify requirements for contracts exceeding $2,499 and submit notarized Attachment B documentation including contractor affidavits along with proof of business licensure. No incumbent vendors, current contractors, or specific technology integration requirements are identified in the solicitation. The solicitation does not specify a total award value or budget range; however, given the local vendor preference threshold, the estimated project value is anticipated to be $100,000 or less. All equipment must be delivered free of any permanent or temporary dealer advertisements, and the successful bidder shall guarantee delivery according to the specified conditions.
