For vending operations, the contractor retains commission-based revenue on net sales (gross sales minus general excise tax and Georgia redemption value), with monthly commission payments due by the 20th of each month accompanied by detailed sales reports by machine location.
The contract runs April 7, 2023 through April 6, 2024, with an option to renew for two successive one-year periods. The contractor must maintain commercial general liability insurance of $1,000,000 per occurrence and workers' compensation coverage. The incumbent is The Coca-Cola Bottling Group. Award is anticipated March 21, 2023, following evaluation and preliminary negotiations March 16–17, 2023. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes containing one original and five copies to the Bulloch County BOC Purchasing Department, North Main Annex, 115 N Main Street, Statesboro, Georgia 30458, Attention: Faye Bragg, Purchasing Manager.
