Bernalillo County Development Partner on a Rolling Submission Basis (Round 2)

Bernalillo County Purchasing Section of the Procurement and Business Services Department is soliciting qualifications on a rolling basis to establish a pool of Development Partners for planning, financing, development, and implementation of projects aligned with the County's strategic and community development objectives, with submissions due November 18, 2026.

The RFQ structure is open-ended: qualifications will be evaluated on a rolling submission timeline as detailed in the solicitation. The County intends to create a standing pool of qualified vendors rather than award a single contract, which signals multiple concurrent or sequential engagements. No contract value, term, or specific project scope is identified in the notice; this is a qualification-pooling mechanism that precedes individual task or project solicitations.

No set-asides, preferences, or eligibility restrictions are stated. No evaluation criteria weighting, incumbent vendor, or place of performance are specified in the posted material.
