Berlin Snow Bid

The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) is seeking a snow plowing services contractor for the Berlin Armory located at 147 Memorial Dr in Berlin, Wisconsin. This procurement opportunity is specifically targeting a single contractor to provide snow removal services for the military facility in Grant County. The solicitation was released on September 19, 2019, with proposals due by October 8, 2019, indicating a relatively short procurement timeline. While specific evaluation criteria are not detailed in the available information, the primary objective appears to be securing a reliable snow plowing contractor capable of maintaining safe and accessible conditions at the DMA Berlin Armory during winter months. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive snow plowing services that ensure the facility remains operational and accessible during winter weather conditions.

No specific set-aside designations or restrictions on vendor participation were explicitly mentioned in the provided contract opportunity details. The procurement does not indicate preferences for disadvantaged business enterprises or other specialized vendor categories. Similarly, no information was provided about incumbent vendors, existing snow removal infrastructure, or specific budget ranges for the contract. The solicitation appears to be a straightforward procurement for snow plowing services focused on meeting the operational needs of the Berlin Armory. Potential vendors would likely need to demonstrate capability in snow removal, have appropriate equipment, and be able to respond quickly to winter weather conditions at the specified military facility location.
