The roof kit must measure approximately 40 feet wide by 14 feet high by 40 feet long, constructed of heavy gauge steel arches with AZ60 Galvalume Plus coating or equivalent, double bolt lap seams, and industrial 14-gauge Galvalume Plus base plates. The two shipping containers will be delivered and placed on the hard surface of the former flightline. No HUB subcontracting plan is required.

Unit prices must be quoted on a free-on-board (FOB) destination basis to Beeville and include all shipping costs. Bid prices remain firm for 12 months from bid opening, and the Texas A&M Forest Service reserves the right to purchase additional quantities within 60 days of award at identical pricing and terms. Vendors must possess current insurance coverage, including Workers' Compensation, Commercial General Liability with $1 million per-occurrence and $2 million aggregate limits, Business Auto Liability with $1 million combined single limits, and Excess/Umbrella Liability with $5 million minimum per-occurrence and aggregate limits, with certificates of insurance submitted before contract execution. Bidders must certify that they and their principals are not suspended or debarred from federal procurement and comply with Texas Government Code Chapters 2270 and 2252 regarding Israel boycott prohibitions and transactions with Iran, Sudan, and foreign terrorist organizations. Award will be made to the bidder providing best value based on pricing, delivery timeframe, vendor capacity and experience, and other relevant factors. The contract is subject to cancellation without penalty if the Texas Legislature fails to appropriate funds. Addenda, if required, will be issued by September 25, 2026.
