About this opportunity
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is conducting an electronic Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract for Bagged Concrete Products across its seven districts. This procurement is being executed under the State Purchasing Act and aims to select multiple suppliers who can provide concrete products to be delivered to GDOT project sites and transportation storage yards statewide. The solicitation requires suppliers to provide bagged concrete products that strictly conform to GDOT Specifications and meet the current Qualified Products List (QPL #3) requirements. The eRFQ was posted on January 2, 2026, with a proposal submission deadline of January 26, 2026. Suppliers must be prepared to deliver concrete products to all seven GDOT districts, demonstrating the ability to meet comprehensive statewide distribution needs.
While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, the procurement appears open to qualified suppliers who can meet the technical specifications and distribution requirements. The contract seeks to establish multiple suppliers for each of the seven districts, suggesting a competitive and distributed approach to vendor selection. No incumbent vendors are mentioned in the current documentation, and there are no specific indications of technology integration requirements. The solicitation does not provide a specific budget range or total contract value, but it represents a significant statewide procurement opportunity for concrete product suppliers. Potential bidders should carefully review the GDOT Specifications and Qualified Products List to ensure complete compliance with the procurement requirements.
