Project values are anticipated to range from $1,000 to $1,000,000, with no minimum work volume guaranteed. Pricing is negotiated on a task-order basis with costs established separately for each project assigned. The initial contract period runs December 17, 2026 through December 16, 2027, renewable for four successive one-year terms upon mutual agreement. The County reserves the right to award contracts to multiple firms and may issue separate RFPs for similar work at its discretion.
Evaluation is weighted: Qualifications and Experience of Key Personnel (20 points), Firm's Experience with Similar Projects (35 points), Ability and Availability to Perform (25 points), and Strength of Overall Proposal (20 points). Proposals must include the RFP Title Page signature block, a signed Master Contract General Conditions Agreement, client references, insurance certificates, and copies of applicable licenses. The County will not accept modifications to its standard Master Contract General Conditions Agreement; any alteration renders a proposal non-responsive.
