The procurement encompasses a comprehensive equipment package including a Multi-spot M35 Drawn arc Stud Welder (230VOLT) with accompanying accessories such as a grounded stud gun, 2-clamp grounding cables, aluminum pulling rod, 4 Anodized Aluminum Hammers, 3 Tie Rods, Multi Hook Tool, Angle Grinder, Zinc eye bolt, and a carrying case. Vendors must be certified resellers and provide extensive documentation including project references, W-9 forms, and various compliance certifications. Proposal submissions are due by May 7, 2025, with the contract term running from the date of award through June 30, 2025. BOCES reserves the right to make final award determinations based on comprehensive assessment of vendor qualifications and proposal details.

The solicitation allows municipal and not-for-profit organizations authorized under New York State General Municipal Law to potentially purchase the awarded equipment, with contract extensions subject to vendor discretion. While specific set-aside designations are not explicitly detailed, the procurement emphasizes non-discrimination and compliance with federal and state regulations. The contract appears open to multiple vendor types, with no specific restrictions on enterprise classifications. Pricing must include complete delivery, installation, and assembly costs, though exact budget ranges are not specified in the documentation. The procurement process underscores prevailing wage compliance and adherence to regulatory standards, positioning this as a structured, comprehensive equipment acquisition opportunity for authorized governmental and non-profit entities within Suffolk County and potentially broader New York municipal jurisdictions.
